Usually i would ask to prefer the Pro grades kettlebells as they are uniform in size, that makes the grip to be good and to be consistent with the technique, but If you are just beginning or thinking to begin or want to try out kettlebell workouts, then start with the Standard cast iron kettlebells as they are cheap. once you start doing it regularly move to the pro grade kettlebells.Next comes the Weight of the kettlebell :
