15 Best Workouts Under 20 Minutes Part 2

6. ‘Burn 200 Calories in 20 Minutes’

Two hundred calories in 20 minutes may sound too good to be true. Instructor Kelsey Lee keeps your heart rate up with 30 seconds of cardio and body weight intervals for a full-body workout. The moves are easy to follow, and the caption at the bottom of the screen tells you the next movement so you are ready to go for each transition.
There is also a tracker in the bottom left of the screen that counts down your calories, so you can see and feel your hard work paying off. Remember, though, that caloric burn is determined by a number of factors. The number of calories you burn depends on your fitness level, weight, and how hard you push yourself during your workout.

7. ‘10-Minute Abs’

A 10-minute workout may not sound like much, but your abs will be burning by the time you’re done. This workout hits all of your abdominal muscles, so it will help you tone the entire area, but it’s short enough that you can easily fit it into your busy schedule.
Instructor Rebecca-Louise stresses the importance of consistent workouts and maintaining a healthy diet to see results. Her website, RLHealthy, has tons of resources to help you achieve this, including a variety of workout videos, a nutrition plan, blog, and more.

8. ‘15-Minute Insanity Cardio Workout Exercises’

Insanity is right! This workout is for people who are at an intermediate or advanced fitness level. It offers 15 exercises, done 22 times each, for 30 seconds at a time. It’s nonstop moving, bouncing, and sweating.
You’ll need free weights, but you can use two soup cans if you don’t have dumbbells available. Coach Joshua Kozak offers encouragement throughout the routine and helps to keep you focused.
9. ‘15-Minute Fat Burning Workout’

This 15-minute workout is a freestyle routine. You will use your bodyweight as resistance. This allows you to workout at your fitness level while burning maximum calories and fat.
There are some issues with the video’s sound quality. Frequent, loud background noise, music playing on and off, and the audio fading in and out makes it difficult at times to hear or understand the instructor. Don’t let this deter you. The workout still features fun, effective exercises that elevate the heart rate and sets the pace for your active day.

10. ‘15-Minute “Furious Fat Burner 2” Home HIIT Cardio Workout’

This HIIT cardio workout helps blast fat in less than 20 minutes. Beginner and advanced options are demonstrated. During the first circuit, exercises are in 20-second bursts followed by 20 seconds of rest. During the second circuit, the 20 seconds of rest is replaced with a holding plank.
Instructor Brandon Carter recommends keeping all movements fluid and keeping your back straight when doing mountain climbers.
